and/or problematic skin.
About skin renewal
treatments
Is your skin in need of speeding up its natural wound-healing process? Do you want to treat inflammation, proliferate new skin cell generation and remodel skin tissue without causing scarring?
Dealing with wounded and problematic skin is something I see people of all ages struggle with. As someone who dealt with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and pitted scarring in my younger years, I understand the knock this takes on your self-confidence. Your face is your most seen feature and feeling proud of its condition and how you’re taking care of it is something that I am honoured to journey with you in,
At Lane Cove Aesthetics, I take a consultation-first approach to match your skin with the right treatment. As a registered cosmetic nurse, I take the time to ask questions and run through your health history to ensure you are medically eligible for treatment. It’s also a space where we discuss your skin goals and concerns, and from here I am able to provide you with a highly targeted treatment plan for restoring and renewing tired, scarred and wounded skin.

How it works:
Consultation
This is a comprehensive skin consultation with me – your registered cosmetic nurse. Inside this consultation, I’ll do an in-depth analysis of your skin as well as give you personalised recommendations for a treatment plan.
Talking you through the treatment process step by step, together we’ll discuss any questions or concerns that you may have. Consent must be gained with you prior to treatment, this includes making sure you are aware of the procedure type, possible side effects and risks, and understanding of the pre/post care guidelines.
Pre-treatment
It is important you are prepared for treatment and that you follow any instructions given in your consultation to reduce any potential possible side effects.
Treatment
Turn up to the clinic having followed any pre-care instructions.
Before we begin, it is a requirement for pre/post photos to be taken. These clinical photos are stored confidentially on your client treatment record and are a record of your prior skin condition and tone. These are great to have for the 2-week review and for a comparison to measure the effectiveness of treatment.
Once these are taken, have me begin your tailored treatment plan using advanced techniques and medically approved products.
Aftercare
Follow any aftercare instructions and receive ongoing support and a 1-1, in-person follow-up with me to ensure lasting results.
This follow-up review is usually booked two weeks post-treatment. Inside this review, we will compare photos and review your healing progress to measure the effectiveness of treatment.
